Approach
Mobile-First Thinking
Rebuilt the entire experience around core user behaviors like one-handed use, quick taps, and just-in-time context. Prioritized key actions like ease of placing bets and checking balances, depositing/cashing out, removing nonessential data from the primary flow.
Component-Led System
Designed modular, scalable UI components that support token swaps, leverage tiers, and dynamic odds all within a compact mobile grid. Created interaction patterns that emphasized trust and clarity without sacrificing performance.
Prototype & Iterate
Developed rapid prototypes in Figma and tested flows with internal users. Each iteration focused on trimming latency, reducing bet hesitation, and reinforcing the value of every on-chain interaction. We wanted to ensure the snappiest, best experience for our mobile users.

What Does the Product Do?
Delivers a mobile-first, crypto-enabled sports betting experience with seamless onboarding and wallet creation.
Project Overview
LEVR needed a mobile betting flow that could convert casual users—especially those new to crypto—by reducing friction and making wallet setup effortless.
Kickoff & Collaboration
We launched with a vision sprint and mapped competitor pain points. Weekly design shares and async Slack check-ins kept feedback loops tight. I presented flows early to CX, marketing, and ops to align on the user journey.
Problem & Assumptions
Mobile users struggled to place bets due to a clunky onboarding flow and complex wallet setup. We assumed that social/email login and auto wallet creation would dramatically lower drop-off.
Process & Validation
Audited analytics to spot onboarding drop-off and conversion gaps.
Built and user-tested rapid prototypes focused on social login and instant wallet creation (Privy integration).
Gathered user/CX feedback and iterated on onboarding flows and deposit UX.
Ran usability tests and measured sign-up conversion before and after.
Decision-Making & Feedback
Decisions were collaborative, with stakeholders reviewing key screens. Ongoing feedback from beta testers and CX drove rapid iteration.
Impact & Results
Early testing showed increased onboarding completion and more bets placed per session. User feedback pointed to a smoother, less intimidating entry into crypto betting.
Reflection
This project taught me how the right integrations and onboarding UX can expand a product’s reach—and how close partnership with CX can keep things user-first.
