Approach
Mobile-First Thinking
Rebuilt the entire experience around core user behaviors like one-handed use, quick taps, and just-in-time context. Prioritized key actions like ease of placing bets and checking balances, depositing/cashing out, removing nonessential data from the primary flow.
Component-Led System
Designed modular, scalable UI components that support token swaps, leverage tiers, and dynamic odds all within a compact mobile grid. Created interaction patterns that emphasized trust and clarity without sacrificing performance.
Prototype & Iterate
