Good design should reduce anxiety. It should make someone’s day easier, whether that’s a small business owner trying to activate their dashboard or a CS team stuck in a bloated handoff flow.
I’m drawn to the in-between moments, the ones that often get overlooked after the sale closes. That’s where the most value gets lost, and where thoughtful UX makes the biggest difference.
I’m currently focused on bridging product design and customer experience. Aligning users, systems, and teams around what actually works.

As the lead product designer at Levr, I focused on crafting intuitive UX and streamlined user flows for a Web3 sports betting platform. My responsibilities included creating responsive, analytics-driven dashboards, simplifying complex betting interfaces, and ensuring visual consistency across the product. Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams, I designed scalable systems and interactive prototypes that improved user retention, increased platform engagement, and clarified complex betting mechanisms for diverse user segments.

Selected to take ownership of product design elements standing up two brands, one of which had been stalled for over a year. Ran with projects, creating tone of voice, logo, and standards, delivering fully executed brands within five months. Empowered teams to meet goals and foster communication, creating open-department forums, twice weekly creative stand-up feedback sessions, and 1:1 check-ins with leads and associates.

Brought in to work on Lightning Design System with UI/UX team to ensure ADA compliance and anti-pattern audits. Designed and launched company-wide design kit, standardizing architecture diagram design. Consulted with two project evangelists and product lead to ensure company standards and objectives were upheld.

Hired as first senior designer and discovered flaws with website framework and load times. Partnered with CEO, CMO, and development team to reengineer and modernize platform with mobile-first mindset and SEO standards aimed at increased sales and higher conversion. Used Google tag manager, Hotjar, and Google analytics to measure impact of modifications and testing elements.
