As the Founding Product Designer at Levr, I focused on crafting intuitive UX and streamlined user flows for a Web3 sports betting platform. My responsibilities included creating responsive, analytics-driven dashboards, simplifying complex betting interfaces, and ensuring visual consistency across the product. Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams, I designed scalable systems and interactive prototypes that improved user retention, increased platform engagement, and clarified complex betting mechanisms for diverse user segments.

Empowered teams to meet goals and foster communication, creating open-department forums, twice weekly creative stand-up feedback sessions, and 1:1 check-ins with leads and associates.

Partnered with CEO, CMO, and development team to reengineer and modernize platform with mobile-first mindset and SEO standards aimed at increased sales and higher conversion. Used Google tag manager, Hotjar, and Google analytics to measure impact of modifications and testing elements.
